My Choice Counseling & Wellness was founded in New Braunfels to serve all of Texas through interactive counseling.

We offer multiple forms of services including in-person and telecounseling/telehealth services which include video and phone sessions that allows your therapist to  provide counseling to  individuals and families who prefer therapy in the comfort of their own home. It creates a safe place to interact with counselors who help identify interpersonal conflicts and feelings. We aim to create a safe place and develop interactive methods to cope and identify solutions to enhance and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
